Our client are seeking an individual for the new role of Supply Chain Manager. The successful individual will effectively manage our diverse portfolio of partners to ensure the overall successful delivery of our clients apprenticeship contract. The individual will maintain, support and build a thriving supply chain that delivers the highest levels of service for employers and individuals across Wales.

Core Responsibilities
Overall accountability and responsibility for subcontractor partnerships
Manage and monitor supply chain performance and quality and be responsible for ensuring partner performance and compliance in all aspects of
the Work Based Learning Contract
Ensure subcontractor compliance in line with contractual requirements
Implement and manage supply chain strategies to drive improvements
Manage introduction of new supply chain partners where necessary

Skills and Experience
Supply chain / subcontractor management experience
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
Training industry and sector knowledge
Ability to build strong business relationships through effective contract management
