My client a leading name in the tech field are seeking a bright, hardworking and eager to learn Supply Chain Executive to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the deployment of daily order requirements for customers and field service engineers

Liaise with internal divisions to optimise stock procurement

Manage all third-party purchase orders when needed

Supplier relationship management

Continually develop tools and processes to ensure Best Service

Benchmark and negotiate the reduction of third-party purchase pricing

Maintain data using Oracle

Supply monthly management information reports where requested

Management of all spare parts and consumables returns

Assist the Supply Chain Manager with project support

Customer contact

Support the Operational management team

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Able to work using own initiative and as part of a team

IT literate and confident user of Excel

Highly numerate and analytical

Proven experience within a Supply Chain or similar role with demonstrable experience

Good organisation and motivational skills

Aptitude for prioritising workloads

Woking to deadlines

High level of MS office applications

Excellent communications and customer skills

High level of attention to detail

Oracle experience or similar system knowledge preferable

Experience working with Service Now Service Management System preferable but not essential

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
