Suitable candidates will:

have worked as an artworker or graphic designer in previous roles (or have portfolio or website to show this experience)
be able to understand the (often changing) requirements of clients particularly those organising weddings!
be highly organised – the need to prioritise a varying workload is essential
have an understanding of how delivering on what you promise has a huge impact on a company’s reputation
have a great eye for detail especially because you will be dealing with brides and wedding planners that are meticulous about what they require
understand the need for the split between the needs of the wedding department and the design aspect
be able to gain an understanding of the company’s brand and ethos thus ensuring consistency of the company look and feel is delivered in all branded advertising material

Due to the rural location of this role suitable candidates must have their own transport.
