Student Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator sought to work in our clients student letting department, although will be required to assist with residential lettings and other aspects of the business as necessary.

We are ideally looking for someone with some experience, preferably at least a year and someone who not only has the existing capability to step into the role as it is, but someone who has the potential to grab the opportunity and pro-actively help develop the department over time and build the student client base, as we are keen to grow the department.

We are seeking someone with enthusiasm, a personable and professional manner and ideally someone with at a least a basic practical grasp of how properties work.

One in 3 (possibly 4) Saturday’s is also required
