Salary: £21,222.00 – £23,277.00 per annum
Job Type: 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Full-Time, Permanent

About the role:
To be responsible for providing high quality, timely administration of the Student Support (Bursary) Funds, to support students in accessing financial support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide accurate and up to date financial guidance to students and potential students regarding financial support available from the college
- To administer Student Support (Bursary) Funds and keep accurate records of the resulting financial transactions
- Reconcile funds distributed and provide management information as requested, in line with the requirement for business results, approval by line manager
- Monitor daily the Bursary email inboxes dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
- Support the administration of the Student Finance and Transport page and messages within the CoPC Engage App
- To be actively involved in the delivery of advice regarding Financial Support and Transport at Open Evenings and Enrolment Sessions as required
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
- A good standard of basic education (Maths and English GCSE pass or equivalent)
- Experience in working in a customer focussed environment
- Administrative experience
- Experience of working with student finance software
- Experience of working with young people 16-19 in an educational setting
