Structural Engineer – All Levels

Salary: £28,800 – £48,000 per year

We have roles available for recent graduates and engineers with some years of experience. We are looking for people who are eager to maximise their learning by working on a wide variety of projects.

The Role

At first, you will be learning how to complete projects and will be helping with scheming, designing, coordinating, drawing and project checks. Once you have settled in, you will have a place within the team that fits your current level.

The common themes of all engineering roles are:
· Prepare good quality, efficient and well-reasoned designs.
· Provide your team members with clearly marked up drawings so they can complete their work effectively.
· Coordinate designs with Architects and Clients in a service orientated manner.
· Help with keeping the team’s workload organised by reporting on your progress.
· Contribute to the company’s Standards and Procedures so that they continue to advance.
· Carry out site visits for projects
· Continue to develop your career both inside and outside of work.

You will be working in an office environment and so good communication skills are key as you will collaborate frequently with many members of staff.

The role increases in complexity based on your experience, skillset and productivity; this attracts a higher salary. There will be a bedding in period where you learn how they do things; it will be on you to progress your career with their help.

Entry Requirements
You must have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum 2:1 classification.
You must have full eligibility to work in the UK without a Sponsored Visa.
