Stores Operative

Salary: £26,000 – £31,200 per year

THE ROLE

* Loading and unloading vehicles using fork lift trucks

* Checking goods delivered against supplier paperwork

* Picking and preparation of sales orders for dispatch to align with customers’ requirements

* Loading and unloading of road tankers – both finished products and raw materials

* Updating of SAP system with receipts and dispatches

* Drumming/packing of finished products

* Assisting in yard control duties, maintaining housekeeping standards

* Waste management including preparing waste loads

* SOP review and maintenance

* Maintaining KPI data

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Previous experience of a similar role, preferably in a process environment

* A recognised H&S qualification (or willing to achieve)

* Current Counterbalance FLT licence
