Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

My client is looking for an experienced Stores Manager to join their growing, well established business based in Brighouse.
The role will include being solely responsible for the management of inventory or spare parts, dealing with purchasing, suppliers and customer directly.
This is a customer facing role that will require an excellent level of customer service, you must be able to deal with the pressure and demanding environment of a parts department.
Duties
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Negotiating pricing
- Introduce a new system to manage inventory levels
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Dealing with customer demand
- Dispatch spare parts,
- Liaising with engineers on a daily basis
- Monitor the store room to keep accurate records of stock
- Maintain CRM system
- Working closely with the engineering manager and sales team
