We are working with a successful international manufacturing business based on the outskirts Pembridge. They are looking to recruit a new Stock Accountant to join their well-established finance team. The role has become available due to the recent promotion of the incumbent. This is an excellent opportunity offering a salary of c.£30,000 along with study support and a chance to grow your career in the UK or internationally.
Some of the duties in the role include:

• Performing monthly inventory analysis and stock check
• Checking and maintaining accurate system information
• Analysing the current inventory counting system and practices
• Preparation of costing analysis
• Liaising with the production/operation teams
• Ensuring compliance with company accepted norms
• Assisting the Costing and Stock Manager
• Travelling to the other company units 1-2 times a month
• Ad-hoc duties when required.

The successful candidate will ideally by ACCA/CIMA/AAT studier or equivalent with some experience of working within a manufacturing environment or would have been exposed to stock/inventory management. Good knowledge of Excel (sumif/pivot tables/v-lookups) is essential along with the ability to communicate well with a range of financial and non-financial stakeholders.
