Steelwork Draughtsman

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering business who specialise in the design and fabrication of steelwork projects for the construction industry which consist of mainly steel framed buildings but also some secondary steel too – based in Croydon.. £48,000 – £57,600 DOE + Excellent package

Steelwork Draughtsman/Detailer duties:

•Create 3D models of steelwork projects using the company’s existing CAD software.

•Produce all material call off, GA & fabrication drawings, CAM data etc from the 3D model.

Steelwork Draughtsman/Detailer requirements:

•You must have previous experience working as a steelwork Draughtsman on structural steel building projects and/or secondary steel.

•Experience using CAD is required. Advance Steel preferred however training on CAD software can be provided for applicants with relevant steelwork experience.

•Have good communication skills.

•Have a good eye for detail and take pride in your work.
