Position: DRS Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator 
Location: Coventry, West Midlands 
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000per annum 

ROLE: 
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to be part of a dedicated and professional Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team. You will take responsibility to coordinate resources for the management and execution of a new and existing ADR products and services alongside the development and co-ordination of their communications strategy with key customer groups through a range of media channels. 

You will link directly with their key stakeholders networking and building relationships across the business area with RICS members and other professionals, customers of their products and services and internal and external staff and clients. Furthermore, you will support RICS Dispute Resolution Services in meeting its short and long-term objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
a) Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify resources and assign responsibilities. 
b) Co-ordinate the day-to-day operational aspects of new and existing products and services in line with the direction of the Head of New Products. 
c) Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the products and services. 
d) Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of all [products and services going through development and launch stages. 
e) Submit project status reports to stakeholders on a monthly basis ensuring that projects are on track and delivered within time frames and on budget anticipating and reacting to change. 
f) Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Review and evaluate outcomes. 
g) Produce creative and well-written material (and edit copy written by others) for a variety of media such as the website, newsletter and press articles and for a variety of fast-moving social media sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn. 
h) Ensure good effective coverage of DRS events, conferences and training, including identifying opportunities for stories and events, obtaining feedback about such events from those who have been responsible for them. 
i) Work across the DRS teams effectively to use social media as a means of communication, including Twitter, Facebook and such other tools as ma develop. Prepare and issue an e-newsletter to key stakeholders across DRS markets. Develop other aspects of DRS promotional opportunities where appropriate and keep abreast of digital / electronic initiatives, ensuring that DRS makes best use of appropriate opportunities. 
j) Support teams across DRS to maintain, review and update DRS web pages with clear, engaging and accessible material that is consistent with RICS. Monitor DRS `online presence through Google Analytics and report back on campaign effectiveness, suggesting improvements etc. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Experienced, dynamic communications professional educated to degree level, preferably relating to English language / journalism. with a high level of professional organisational skills. 
b) Have an eye for detail – accuracy is essential. 
c) Excellent time management and project co-ordination skills. 
d) Decision Making, interpersonal communication, judgement skills. 
e) Commercial and practical understanding of the digital marketing world. 
f) Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Knowledge of ADR procedures; the legal sector or experience of working within a professional membership organisation.
