A leading hospital in the Wrexham area is looking to hire a Registered Adult Nurse/RGN to join their surgical ward team. This hospital cares for a number of patients who suffer from various health conditions. As a Staff Nurse on the surgical ward, you will be delivering a high standard of care to post-surgical patients on the ward, making sure you follow all safety protocol at all times. You will work with newly qualified staff and student nurses, mentoring them when needed.
What the hospital is looking for in a Registered Staff Nurse:
• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN
• Minimum of 2 years surgical nursing experience
• Strong communication, time management, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding
• Be compassionate and able to provide excellent patient care at all times
• Have a genuine interest in healthcare
