Staff Nurse RGN or RMN

We are currently recruiting a nurse for a nursing home located in Bexley Heath, Greater London.

Reporting to the registered manager your role will be to ensure that exceptional levels of care are offered at all times and to act as a role model for all staff – providing team leadership. To assess the residents physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs, encouraging the participation of residents and families. Taking care of care plans and constantly monitoring these. The administer drugs and treatments as prescribed in accordance with CQC policy and NMC guidelines.
