This 70 bed nursing home is Shoreham-By-Sea is currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join their team

You will be responsible to provide and supervise the delivery of high quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies.
You will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, supervising, training and developing care staff in providing the best quality of care to the people we support. The desire to learn and the ability to inspire your team is therefore essential.

The full time shift patterns range from 36 to 48 hours per week. You will be a Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) and be registered with the NMC

The hourly rate is between £14.4 – £15.91based on experience. Other benefits include:
