This Graduate Teaching Assistant position will involve you working within the school special educational unit supporting pupils who have a range of SEN requirements. This graduate teaching assistant role will help you to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with SEN as well as developing your skills and confidence within a school setting. The SENCO is looking for a Sports Science Graduate who is able to support a small group of pupils inside the classroom academically, but also outside pastorally more as a role model.

You will need to be a confident graduate who is able to face challenging situations head-on. You will be leading group booster sessions as well as a classroom to support a wider range of subjects and students. The school is interested in Sports Sciences graduates who are interested in a career in teaching and will be able to offer you teacher training if you wish next year.
