Role Description:

As a Spanish speaking Administrator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks as well as managing incoming calls through inbound calling. You will also be working very closely with the Admin Manager and be responsible for data entry as keeping the company database updated is a critical part of the job.

Person Specification:

The successful candidates for the Spanish speaking Administrator, will be able to speak, read and write Spanish to a native level. Candidates will also have some form of office experience relating to admin – inbound calling, data entry, front of house or receptionist experience. Candidates will also have a can do attitude. You will also be looking for Spanish speaking jobs in Oxford.
