Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
Our client, an international marketing company in Central London, is looking to add a Credit Controller to their team. They are looking for someone who speaks fluent Spanish and ideally German as well.
Key responsibilities:
• Cash collection of customers within their portfolio
• Analysis of client accounts
• Management of client charges (Direct Debit)
• Identification of bad debts
• Managing customer disputes and litigations
• Liaising with external cash collection/litigation agencies to manage customers in dispute
• Entering collections data and banking reconciliations
• Weekly Reporting on cash collections’ KPIs
As well as speaking Spanish, candidates need to have excellent communication skills in English. You will have good IT skills to include Excel and you will work well in a target driven environment. International cash collections experience is desirable.
