Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

A rare and very exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a new Spa Manager to join and lead our clients talented team at their exclusive award winning spa in Cirencester.

This exclusive spa is a little oasis at the bottom of the garden, has 5 treatment rooms and 2 relaxation spaces, a wet area with steam and sauna as well as its own pretty garden where a fire burns all day in front of a hydrotherapy pool. Guests enjoy ‘Spa Time’ offering the most exclusive opportunity to feel indulged and relaxed.

You will need to be confident to recruit and build your team to deliver exceptional treatments and ensure the journey from start to finish exceeds all customer expectations. You will be responsible for setting achievable but ambitious budgets and managing performance and KPI’s to strive to achieve a profitable running of the Spa. You will also review treatment and product offerings to keep the spa relevant and oversee any strategic change alongside the Hotel General Manager.

Ideally we are looking for candidate with a minimum of 1 years spa management experience, within a 4 or 5* setting.

The Perks

Holidays – 29 days holiday per annum, including bank holidays (salaried contracts). That’s 28 days plus your birthday, as everyone deserves a day off on their special day… cake and candles not included but recommended!

Discounts – are available on food and stays exclusively for you.
