Here at Southdown we aspire to be Brilliant with people and in this role you will be central to helping us advance this ambition by ensuring our employee and client/tenant voice forums and communication channels are functioning efficiently and effectively by providing timely and proactive administrative support.
You will be responsible for:
- coordinating and servicing the annual cycle of scheduled Client/Tenant Voice and Employee Voice meetings, committees and forums.
- coordinating and running elections and ensuring appropriate representation across Voice channels.
- providing an administrative support service to People Culture Change Function and Employee networks.
