Sous Chef – 2 Rosette Country House Hotel

Adecco are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef, who is highly motivated and ambitious for an award-winning two rosette Country House Hotel and Restaurant in Windermere.

The successful applicant will have proven experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef and should be able to demonstrate a quality restaurant & hotel background at four star & rosette standard.

You should have an appreciation & passion for seasonal & fresh, high quality Cumbrian produce as well as the ability to drive and motivate the team of chefs in the head chefs absence.

Salary is up to £28,800per annum based on your previous experience and you’ll be offered a generous benefits package, including share of tips, uniform and company discounts.

Live in accommodation is available subject to availability and subject to a weekly cost.
