Solicitor/Legal Executive within our Wills, Trust & Probate – specialist team department based in our clients Sheffield office.

As a Solicitor/Legal Executive working within the Wills, Trust & Probate Team your role will be varied and demanding. The purpose of this role is to assist the partners in providing a quality, efficient, cost effective legal service to the firm’s clients, contributing to the overall profitability of the firm.
You will be responsible for taking initial instructions from the client, advising the client in consultation with the supervising partner, ensuring strong and continuous communication is in place with the client at all times.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a partner but, must have specialised experience and be able to handle their own caseload.

Candidates must have at least 2 years PQE level experience and ideally have experience of the administration of estates, trusts and taxation of trusts. Candidates with the STEP qualification will also be considered
