WasteRecruit have been retained by an award-winning software company to support the recruitment of a Product Marketer.

In this role you will communicate the software’s value to the market by creating marketing materials that communicate product features. You will be responsible for learning the product’s strategy, getting to know its customer and user personas, and developing marketing tools and campaigns that the company will use to introduce and sell this product to the market.

Essential candidate requirements:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product Marketing.

* Demonstrated success in positioning products that met/exceeded business objectives.

* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

* Technology skills with a good aptitude for learning new software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to make complex topics easy and engaging.

* Knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.

* Prioritisation skills.

* Copywriting skills.

* Teamwork skills.

* Attention to detail and eye for quality and creativity.

* Organisational and time management skills.

* Forward thinking.

* Self-starter and highly motivated.

* A willingness to work independently in a remote company environment.

Desirable:

* Previous experience in the Waste & Recycling industry.

* Previous experience in a Software business.

* Previous experience using Jira Service Desk.

* Previous experience using Slack.
