We are looking for a number of experienced Junior and Senior Software Engineers to join our highly experienced teams of Engineers to work. Do you have the talent and ambition to be part of our growing company?
Using a range of modern languages, design practices and tools you will contribute to our complex software engineering projects. You will get to work with exciting technologies in a wide variety of sectors primarily Defence and Medical, but also Telecoms and Industrial/Energy and will use your creativity and enthusiasm to help our clients to innovate.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills with us over time to be able to engage with our clients and to contribute to the whole development lifecycle of a project from early project specification and design through to implementation and test.

To be successful you will have:-

– Relevant software engineering experience.
– Knowledge and experience of at least two relevant programming languages C, C++, C# or Java.
– A Degree in an appropriate technical discipline or appropriate experience.
– A customer centric approach.
– Knowledge of OO design and development.
– Be either SC security cleared or prepared to undertake the security clearance process.

The successful candidate will also be able to learn quickly, be good at estimating and will have good interpersonal skills. Embedded or real time development experience would be an advantage but this is not essential as we can help you develop this experience.
