Salary: £50.4 per hour
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role. The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following;
Provide software engineering expertise to investigate and address scalability issues within the Statemate toolset apparent when generating design pdf reports using a bespoke StatUS toolset.
The work will also involve fixing existing problems and adding new functionality to the toolsets in support of the avionics teams.
A good working knowledge of Unix, SED, AWK, C and C++ is required, and familiarity with the EPT toolsets, in particular PCMS, would be an advantage.
The Candidate
Good communication, team working, motivation skills are essential.
Degree or equivalent in software engineering essential.
