Social Science NQT – Teacher of Psychology / Sociology

Salary: £157.2 – £255.6 per day

Strategy Education are delighted to be working with an outstanding academy trust who have schools in East London and Essex. One of their Essex schools is looking for an NQT of Social Science and they would be delighted to hear from any trainees who are working towards gaining QTS or QTLS and can offer Psychology and or Sociology as their areas of specialism; the ability to teach both would be desirable though not essential for application. The Social Sciences form part of the curriculum through the secondary key stages including A Level.

The Trust provides an extensive, proven NQT induction programme and there are opportunities for progressive career progression within the school and the trust as a whole. The appointment will be on a permanent basis and you will be paid in line with Teachers Pay and conditions; scale point may be negotiable with an early summer start date ensuring that you have income over the summer holidays.

The successful candidate will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
