The Learning Academy Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our Trust, based across Lamerton Church of England Academy & Gulworthy Primary Academy with less than a 10 minute drive between the schools.

Our academies are unique and in the heart of the beautiful Tamar Valley; the schools are steeped in over 150 years of social, industrial and rural history. Our schools have an established sense of “place” within both the local environment and community – something we consider a major strength in an ever-changing and fast-paced modern world. We work to build a caring, inclusive community, in which we can all grow and flourish by putting children at the heart of all that we do.

You will work closely with our Operational Estates Lead to ensure the highest quality environments and facilities that fully support the teaching and learning of our children, whilst implementing innovative systems that enable long term sustainability of our buildings. We are proud that our wellbeing strategy enables us to nurture, develop and support our colleagues so that they can provide the very best for our children. We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and aim to have a workforce that represents the wider communities that we serve.  We champion diversity, inclusion and wellbeing and aim to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and a sense of belonging.

Our School Trust is underpinned by our four core beliefs; we are stronger together, a sense of belonging; removing barriers and realising the possible. This means that by working collectively, we can achieve our absolute best to ensure that children, especially the most vulnerable, can flourish. In short, our ethos is one of working together to Empower, Excel, Together.

We can offer you:

  • The opportunity to make a profound difference to children’s lives
  • A culture that takes work-life balance extremely seriously for all its colleagues
  • The chance to work as part of a collective in a values-led school Trust, a single organisation
