Brief Outline:
A fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, experienced Site Supervisor to join an award winning waterproofing specialist
About the Client:
They are works across the UK in the flat roofing refurbishment market. They have an unrivalled reputation for service and quality. They now need a Site Supervisor for the North East area
About the Role:
* Organise and supervise operations on site as directed by the Branch Manager
* Order materials and services required to ensure programme compliance
* Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Ensure that the works are carried out safely and in accordance with company requirements
* Prepare and ensure the Quality Plan is implemented and record kept
* Prepare the weekly wages for authorisation by the Branch Manager
* Attend all site co-ordination/safety meetings as required
* Provide a weekly site supervisors report
* Implement company policy at all times
About the Candidate:
* Have a thorough knowledge of the Flat Roofing industry
* Hold a SMSTS Qualification
* Hold a CSCS Black Card or be working towards it
* General computer awareness
* Good communication skills
