In 2015 a recent survey confirmed they have 69% of the market share which has meant they can invest heavily into the development of their forklift trucks and training of all their engineers.

In this role you will work in a large distribution centre in Leicester carrying out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repair all forklift trucks and associated equipment.

Every successful candidate will undertake a 22 week training course where you will be exposed to every forklift truck and associated equipment you would be expected to maintain once fully qualified. The role will be suitable for mechanically biased engineers from any kind of maintenance / service background such as automotive technicians, HGV, mobile plant, agricultural, forklift or ex forces military vehicle engineers.

The Role:

*Carry planned maintenance activities on materials handling machinery
*Reactive breakdown coverage in a Leicester distribution centre.
*Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment

The Person:

*A qualified mechanical engineer/technician from an automotive or engineering background
*Full UK driving license
*Willingness to take on comprehensive training program
*Live in or near the Leicester area.
