A Site Service Engineer with experience of pumps, gearboxes, motors, generators and similar rotating equipment is required for a role based in the London area.
You will primarily be involved in the removal, installation, dismantling, rebuild and refurbishment of a range of rotating equipment found predominantly within the water utilities. You will be responsible for ensuring all onsite inspection and assembly documentation are completed and procedures, policies and work instructions are followed.
Candidates will be Mechanical time-served and indentured to ONC & HNC, NVQ or equivalent. You will have experience gained within a similar role and a strong mechanical engineering service background. You will have experience of rotating equipment including pumps, gearboxes, motors and fans. Experience within the water industry and a Thames Water passport would be beneficial.
This role will be visiting sites around the London area. Therefore a full clean UK driving licence is required.
