Site Manager

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

will be responsible for the oversight of and coordination of various sites for the MOJ across the UK. Although you will not be based on site all the time, you will be responsible to oversee them from a coordination point of view, whilst working closely with the main contractors.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor and has had exposure dealing with projects from groundworks to completion.

THE ROLE

• The Site Manager will be dealing with H&S, meetings with contractors & client, neighbours of the projects, tall box talks.
• You will ensure quality control checks and inspections are carried out
• The Site Manager will co-ordinate and supervise construction workers including induction for new workers, issuing permits etc
