Salary: £30,000 – £43,200 per year
This role will fit a Mechanical Engineer / Site Engineer or Service Engineer that would be willing to develop themselves technically to be able to fit Automated Gates, Barriers and Door systems, mainly for the commercial sector with some industrial applications.
The Role
There will be a need for mechanical and basic electrical skills.
You will have your own work Van, which you can take home, and you will be paid from the moment you leave your home in the morning.
You will cover the Bristol and M4 Corridor region, visiting locations where the Automated door systems have been installed and need service or repair on your own.
The role will involve you joining up with other service engineers to create an installation team for new projects in your region.
The Person
You will have a qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering and have a full UK Driving licence.
Ideally, you will have site installation or service experience, but this is not a must.
This role is often working on your own, and therefore you will be able to problem solve and fault find mechanical and sometimes electrical systems and items (training can be given).
Able to do overtime when the need arrises.
