Site Caretaker

Any role within the sector requires a considerable variety of skills and my client is interested in individuals who are able to adapt to situations quickly and efficiently, have strong interpersonal skills and are keen to solve problems as they arise.

The position is going to be based in the centre of Birmingham on a new apartments development. The role will be Monday to Friday 8 – 3 and Saturdays 8 – 11. However, my client is flexible.

The ideal candidate will be happy with lone working and be very self sufficient. you will be especially your own boss and want to make the role your own. You will not be scared of “getting your hands dirty” as you be a taking ownership of the position and feel a pride in the site you are in charge of.

A decent knowledge of IT is desired as the programming of the fobs will be down to the caretaker. You will be liaising with contractors on a daily basis, so the ability to be personable with people is a must!
Previous relevant experience essential!
