Then this could be the perfect role for you!Our client who is headquartered in the Loughborough area is looking for a Showroom Manager to join their team in their brand-new Solihull site!Benefits: Salary – £30,000 to £38,000 per annum DOE5 Day working week – Saturday shifts mandatory.Days off will be Sunday and one day in the week.Hours of work – Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 / Saturday 09:00 to 16:30Bonus structurePension scheme28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)Holiday entitlement increase in line with length of service.Sick pay after completion of probationary periodCompany eventsEmployee discountEmployee assistance programmeFree on-site parking Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day running of the showroom.Management of the sales team.Welcome customers to the showroom and build relationships with clients.Provide guidance on suitability, sizing and pricing.Create quotations, process payments, and arrange deliveries.Manage the showroom dairy and upcoming appointments.Be able to travel to the Leicestershire office. Required Skills & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Extensive experience in Interior design / showroom environments.High end retail experience desirable.Confident with speaking to clients and the public.Proficient in MS packages.Meticulous attention to detail.
