A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Showroom Manager to join the Showroom Management team at Hammonds, the fitted furniture company.
We are looking for a Showroom Manager to join our showroom in Macclesfield, on full-time permanent basis working 35 hours per week including occasional rosteredweekend’s off work.
We are currently offering a basic hourly rate of £11.30 an hour with the opportunity to increase earnings through our attractive commission scheme and enticing incentives – the average earning of our showroom management team including commission is £26,500 or £14.50 plus an hour!

With your burningdesire to lead people and embrace of our “One Team” culture you will do more than just manage a showroom, you will build meaningful, genuine and trusted rapport with our customers and you will lead our showroom team members to success, whilst creating passion and energy within the team to achieve our showroom goal; to deliver award winning customer service experience.
As a Hammonds Showroom Manager, you will be creative, have excellent communication skills, great team leadership and the ability to identify opportunities to help inspire our customers to bring their storage space solutions to life.
Showroom management requires the type of individual that can embrace the challenges and rewards of working within a retail environment and you will need to have the burning desire to succeed against our KPI’s and customer engagement targets but with an in-depth induction programme, training and development and excellent coaching and guidance from your Regional Manager, you will be supported all the way.
In order to provide the very best service to our customers we’d love to meet Showroom Managers, who appreciate that our customers are central to everything we do, who are able to lead by integrity and commitment and are prepared to get actively involved in the achievement of excellent customer service – if this sounds like you, then you may be the Showroom Manager we are looking for.

You won’t need to know everything about the Hammonds product straight away – we believe that product knowledge can be learned and our detailed induction programme will support with this, all that we ask is that you are self-driven, able to multi task, and possess a strength of personality and leadership that make it easy to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
