Salary: £26,400 – £27,600 per year
Our client is looking to recruit a Shop Manager for their store in Mold, this position is a job shared role working 3 out of 7 days each and a total of 22.5 hours per week offering a full time equivalent salary of £26,400 – £27,600per annum.
Our client provides specialist palliative care services, completely free-of-charge, to patients and their families across a wide area stretching from Wrexham, Flintshire, and East Denbighshire to Barmouth and the border towns including Oswestry and Whitchurch.
Their shops are the heart of the charity and their community. Raising vital funds and increasing public awareness of what they do. The role of Shop Manager is pivotal for the success of their business and make a real difference.
The Role of Shop Manager
Commercially aware, their shop managers motivate their teams and create a safe and energised work environment. Excellent communicators, their managers are creative, and always look for opportunities to attract new supporters and raise more money. They have high visual standards, a strong drive to achieve results and are accountable for their business.
What they are looking for in a Shop Manager:
- Relevant retail management experience
- of meeting targets and deadlines
- Experience of leading and developing teams of volunteers
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
- A cooperative team player who can engage with the local community
- IT skills in MS Office and EPOS systems
- Good communication and customer service skills and experience

- Candidates must have a driving license and access to a vehicle
