My Client are a leading mobile development studio based in the heart of London. Their flagship title has been downloaded over 1 million times and are they currently working on varied and exiting new title.

Seeking a talented server developer with experience within the gaming industry to take responsibility for server development.

Role: Senior Server Developer, engineer, back end developer

Experience: Server Development, Scala, AWS, NoSQL, client-server environment, AngularJS

Salary: negotiable depending on experience

Location: Central London – Commutable from: Watford, Dartford, Woking, and Harlow

Responsibilities:

* Working as part of an Agile team to be responsible for server development.
* Developing game features, middleware and tools using Scala and other open source frameworks.
* Creating industry standard, reusable code and unit tests
* Interacting with non-technical stakeholders to express technical concepts in a clear manner

Skills and Experience:

* Interest in mobile gaming
* Experience with Scala and other open source frameworks
* Excellent server development skills- ideally designing and development of AWS based architecture
* Knowledge of NoSQL systems
* Working knowledge of AngularJS
* Understanding of Unity3D
