Service Manager (Temporary) – North London

Cento Personnel are recruiting for a Temporary Service Manager based in the North London / Hertfordshire area.

We are working on behalf of multinational door company who are looking to add a Service Manager to their team on a temporary contract, where they will be responsible for managing a team of lift service engineers, organising rotas and service routes, and planning and controlling the maintenance and callout operations in North of London.

Delivering excellent customer service at all times is essential with this role.

Candidates will also be accountable for resolving customer complaints and achieving customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years service management experience with a good engineering background and a strong technical understanding of the role.

Experience within the Door / Lift industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Candidates must be adaptable, have strong team leadership skills and good communication skills.
