Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a forward-thinking charitable provider that supports adults with mental health conditions. The charity offers semi supported living and 24/7 assisted support for adults recovering from mental health issues. They have an exciting job opportunity for a Service Manager to manage 2 units based in South West London.
The Service Manager in SW London will take control of 2 units based in the Battersea & Tooting areas. Each unit houses a maximum of 9 clients recovering from mental health conditions in a semi-supported living setting. The Service Manager in SW London will also oversee 24/7 staffing including mental health recovery workers and night concierges.
The Service Manager in SW London will take full management responsibility for both units and will ensure that care standards are being fully met in line with CQC regulations. The Service Manager in SW London will also take ownership for the assessment of support needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of support programmes.
To apply for the Service Manager job in SW London you should have gained previous experience managing similar services, ideally specialising in mental health conditions. An NVQ Level 4 or above in Health & Social Care is essential along with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders and professionals.
