Job Profile
As a Service Engineer you will be supporting existing customers focusing on customer service and support. You will be supporting clients on site both in the UK and globally, with extensive travel.
Duties
* Liaising with clients over technical issues both over the please apply -site.
* Installations / commissioning capital equipment
* Serving and warranty work
* Technical support from head office in Bedford when not at clients sites
* Co-ordinate and install machines on clients sites globally
* Manage work flow and customer expectations
* Multi-skilled engineer in electrics, hydraulics, mechanics and pneumatics
* Report and liaise with manager to ensure head office are kept up to date
Skills & Experience
* Experience of maintenance and installation of various machinery
* Mechanical and electrical servicing
* Able to diagnose fault remotely ideally
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of electrics, hydraulics, mechanics and pneumatics
Hours & Benefits
* £25,000 – £33,000 OTE £45,000 – £50,000
