Description: We are on the look-out for an established Customer Service/Service Coordinator professional with a solid track record of success. You must be able to work under your own initiative and have a determined attitude, as well as the ability to organise the day to day activities of coordinating service accounts. A sound understanding of service/repair, coupled with excellent communication and relationship building skills, plus a confident telephone manner are essential. For the right candidate this role could develop into a more senior internal role. Confident presentation and organisational skills could therefore be an advantage. The ability to make an increasing contribution to the work of an established team is essential.

Our client are a leading manufacturer and supplier of pressure care equipment to the NHS and care home sectors, so experience selling in this area would also be an advantage, although not essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with other members of the team managing servicing and maintenance for all the accounts.
• Booking the engineers in and then processing the reports post service in preparation for invoicing.
• Maintain/develop existing customer relationships.
• Build a strong, in-depth product knowledge to understand the features and benefits of products
• Maintain and update the CRM database pre and post servicing to ensure the data is processed accordingly.
• Efficient administration of orders.

Essential requirements:

• Experience in a customer service/telesales/service coordination capacity
• Sound literacy & numeracy skills
• Confident telephone manner and a good ‘people person’ – able to build rapport
• Passion for providing a solutions and motivated by achieving targets
• Previous account management experience
• Able to work on own initiative

Desirable experience:

• in the NHS, care home or healthcare sector
• Experience of sales, both cold and warm
• Excellent presentation skills
