A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor for our client’s Multi-Franchise Car Dealership in Hereford.

Job Specification:

In the role of a Service Advisor you will work along with several other Service Advisors and be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. Service Advisor’s greet customers in to the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, and keep customers informed of progress.

Applicant Specification:

The successful candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/ADP preferable) would be of high priority. Liaising with manufacturer to authorise warranty repairs, and a general knowledge of warranty procedures would also be advantageous but is not essential. Experience working as a Service Advisor within the motor trade would be highly advantageous but is not essential as a strong and stable track record in customer service is more important to our client.

For your hard work our client is offering a starting salary of £26,000 per year(negotiable pending experience) with an uncapped and realistic OTE of £20-22,000+ per annum alongside manufacturer training, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, a workplace pension scheme, and fantastic long-term career development prospects with an established Car Dealer Group. You are required to work a minimum 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month 8:00am-12:30pm.
