We are currently assisting our client who is looking to hire an experienced Service Administrator for their head office in Swindon. The role involves making sure that all administration duties within the VMU are controlled and processed to a high standard, ensuring work is booked in to fill the capacity of the workshop and that Customer satisfaction is achieved.

Job purpose:

This is a busy and challenging role and covers a wide range of duties to include but are not limited to

* Creating daily, weekly and monthly invoices.

* Invoice queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner

* MOT and Service sheets for customer and following their order number system in line with their requirements

* FM & Warranty systems and processes, including scanning jobs to FM depot at head office and dealing with any queries they need further information on

* Using DMS and R2C computer systems

* Raising Job Packs

* Monitor stock parts, stock checks and ensuring parts are on jobs being costed

* Texting jobs to invoice standard

* Checking hours spent by technicians are correct and on the system / jobs.

* Creating jobs for sub-let invoices

* Filing/Archiving

* General Office duties

* Other duties at management discretion
