Senior Java Developer, AWS, chance to learn Kotlin and use a number of leading edge technologies. Salary in the range of £54,000 – £78,000+ benefits. Working from home during Covid and then a combination of working from home and some trips to the office on the Wiltshire / Berkshire border (mainly home based though).

My client have a cloud based SAAS product that is currently at the viable product stage, in the hands of customers and earning revenue. The quality of the code produced so far is excellent and is supported with a well defined and proven continuous integration and deployment process. The team is supported by a dedicated product owner and enthusiastic stake holders. The back log is well populated with enhancements and new features that will make this product a leader in its field.

The team is now looking for a strong Server side Java developer. Working both autonomously and within a small team you will have a huge potential for expressing your interest in writing high quality solutions using the latest and most appropriate technologies.

They are using a modern technology stack including –

•React, Typescript, GraphQL in the front end.
•Spring Boot and Kotlin for the backend REST services.
•Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ.
•AWS
•Heroku for hands-free hosting and deployment.

The role is mainly home based with occasional trips to the office which is on the Wiltshire/ Berkshire border.
