Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer – Brighton – £45k+

A leading marketing company in central Brighton are looking to bring in a Senior UX Designer. With strong growth plans, the role will be of key importance and the UX Designer will be working within a growing development team.

The successful UX Designer will be part of the Product team and is responsible for identifying and prioritising changes to the UX through stakeholder and user feedback. You will be working within an Agile environment with a team of established developers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inventing compelling, dynamic and pleasing user experiences for the web, especially with mobile and tablet sites
• Working closely with other members of the Product & Development team in a highly collaborative environment
• Interacting with the testing teams to ensure the quality of the final execution is consistent with signed off concepts
• Coaching other product team members to ensure all work with UX as a key element of their thinking
• Prototyping concepts and demonstrating to stake holders
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to drive common vision

The ideal candidate will have:
• 3+ years experience in User Centred Design process background (including testing and research) with proven scenario development skills and interaction design skills
• A great understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and User Experience
• Comfortable communicating with senior management, and talking through UX requirements with all relevant development teams

The salary will be around the £54,000 mark, with a strong benefits package, including pension, childcare vouchers and health care.
