Salary: £72,000 – £79,200 per year
I am currently working with a leading New Homes Property Developer, who are seeking an experienced number one Senior Site Manager for a development they have got in Peterborough.
The 400-unit traditional build development consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. The successful Senior Site Manager will take the project from groundwork’s through to completion reporting directly into a Contracts Manager. With the support of the Contracts Manager, you will ensure that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities. Providing full support with great communication, training and personal development
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Site or Senior Site Manager for a residential developer or tier one contractor. Demonstration excellent leadership skills to ensure optimum delivery to the highest quality.
