Our client is a global specialty healthcare market research and consultancy firm, seamlessly integrate brand consultancy with customer and patient insights.
We are looking for a Senior Research Executive to join their EU team. You will need to have a commitment to producing high quality work and have a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player, who is passionate about working within the healthcare/pharma market.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Oversees the development or takes ownership of, writing research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, stimulus materials
- Conducts fieldwork: interviews and focus groups. If trained may act as a moderator
- Supports and, where required, leads analysis and presentation writing
- Supports and, where required, coordinates the day-to-day running of projects
- Provides support and coaching to Research Executives
- Ensures all project tasks are carried out according to the Process and Procedures manual
Key Performance Areas:
- Acts as a day-to-day point of contact for the client and other team members when decisions need to be taken and/or problems arise
- Efficiently gather information and materials from clients to enable recruitment/ fieldwork to happen smoothly and efficiently
- Prepare and provide regular recruitment and fieldwork updates for clients, anticipating any issues, and offering solutions
- Seek ways to manage and improve project quality, efficiency and profitability
- Provide as much input/support/liaison as possible to other team members to ensure projects run smoothly
- Ensure all aspects of project management, as detailed above, are implemented effectively through on-the-job coaching / support of the Research Executive
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s is essential. Degree in areas such as; Psychology, biomedical science, behavioural economics is highly desirable
- Communication skills; verbal and written
- Organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Analytical skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
