An innovative and global insurance software company that is a market leader in its industry, is looking to recruit a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be leading QA Analysts and will be working to develop and promote the use of automated testing tools, to provide quality assurance to Web based products developed with C# / HMTL5 /.Net in an agile environment.

The role of the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst involve:

* Defining and establishing a QA Automation strategy and process.
* Setting QA Team members’ expectations by ensuring project team members understand the linkage of their own work to the success of the project as a whole, whilst also providing training and support to QA analysts.
* Analysing and reporting on the results of testing whilst logging and managing defects.
* Promotes and engages in innovation of testing processes within the QA Team.
* Delivering presentations using all available communication media.

Essential Criteria required:

* Detailed experience in a Test Automation Role.
* Experienced in working on software development projects using an agile methodology, preferably scrum, encompassing Continuous Integration / Build-Deploy-Test using TFS and Microsoft Test Manager.
* Expertise in developing Automated Test systems (beyond record and playback), with experience in languages such as C# or VB.Net along with an understanding of MS SQL Server
* Certified Agile Tester / ISEB Foundation in software testing or similar accreditation.

Desirable Criteria required:

* Knowledge of the Commercial Insurance sector.
* Educated to degree level.
* Needs to be authoritative with an ability to drive and motivate QA Analysts and experience of doing so.
