Senior Property Valuer / Sales Negotiator

21k to 24k basic, OTE 40k

Our client is a very well established award winning Property company who have been voted the ‘best estate agent’ over numerous years. They offer a slightly different approach to traditional estate agency and are extremely successful. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a fun, but professional environment with lots of structure and support. Due to expansion we are looking for an additional Property Valuer. This role would suit someone with a good mix of property and sales experience.

Main Responsibilities

Handling enquiries from vendors across the UK looking to sell their house

Establishing the details about the property and fact finding

Conducting research into the property using a variety of tools

Putting together a valuation for the property and discussing with the vendor

Negotiating and closing on the property

Skills and Experience

Ideally possess property and sales experience

Have excellent communication skills

Able to build rapport with all types of customer

Have an understanding of how to value a property
