Our client, a global manufacturer with an automotive division is currently looking for a Senior Process Engineer. This role will be based in East Midlands and requires minimum 5 years of experience within high volume automotive environment and strong knowledge of ABB robotics.

Purpose & Responsibilities
Ensure a smooth and cost effective introduction of an optimized production method to the shop floor.
Production hand over, scrap issues, rework, handover quality audit, quality of tooling and documentation.
Confidence in installing and commissioning machinery.
Working with the team to resolve technical issues.Technical skill set & Qualifications
Programming & troubleshooting of ABB robots
Minimum 5 years of experience with robotics/welding within automotive environment is essential.
Experience with: CAD drawings, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, APQP, FMEA is advantageous.
Minimum of HNC or above in an engineering discipline.
