Senior / Principal Structural Engineer

The client we are working with are selective.

By this we mean that they are proud and protective of their reputation in the Global Structural Engineering market. It is a reputation founded on the quality of their work, and their insistence on employing and collaborating with the ‘best in class’ in their respective fields. Founded in the 1950s, they now span over 40 countries across the world, and have a pedigree of delivering on technically challenging, large scale new builds.

Their London operation is in its relative infancy, but has experienced significant growth in the past 15 years. In line with this the parent company has pledged significant investment in this business unit, and they are looking to add to their superior technical team. They are looking for Structural Engineers with excellent technical qualification (preferably Masters in structural from a reputable University), with a minimum of 5 years consultancy experience. They ideally want to candidates who are Chartered Engineers (although those that can demonstrate they are close to Chartership will also be considered).

You will get the opportunity to work with some of the brightest architects and engineers in the UK, and given sole responsibility for significant and complex activities or projects. Your role will be a mix of project management, budget control, team management and complex design role, enabling you to have a good amount of autonomy over your day to day activities, whilst providing you with a challenging environment to grow within.
